Hello, I'm Leann Schmidt
I'm from SW Missouri and started my career with NRCS in Union, MO in 2011 as a soil conservationist. I'm currently a Team Leader in north central Arizona where I've worked for the past three years. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening and traveling. I planted an orchard this past spring and spend a lot of time protecting my investment from the deer and elk!
I'm a lifetime member of WiN and have enjoyed working on the WiN Barrier Initiative. As the appointed West WiN Regional Representative, I look forward building on the past reps success and growing our membership.
