Adran Evans

My name is Adrean Evans. I am an Agricultural Engineer with the Chillicothe Area Office in Chillicothe, Ohio. I have been with NRCS for 6 years and with Women in NRCS for around 2 years. Looking around my state, engineering has been such a male dominated space within NRCS. WiN has provided a space to connect with other women within NRCS that sometimes I lack in my work environment. I have been looking for a way to pay WiN back for what's given me and running for Treasurer of Membership seemed like the perfect way. I have always enjoyed tracking different types of data and information. It is something that I do in both my personal and professional life. If I can make an excel spreadsheet for it, I will. I feel that skillset will pair very well for developing and/or managing WiN's database of members. I would love to find ways to optimize the data kept of WiN members to encourage future outreach efforts.
